Lepang Ferguson is a young, ambitious designer and businesswoman whose vision and goal is to be the leading Lifestyle Media owner. Through years of training and work as a product developer, Lepang realized that the consumer trend for lifestyle consumer products is always escalating and the need for people to know more about products and how to use them was becoming ever more prevalent. Lepang was gearing toward high-end and luxury goods when realizing that the market was not only over- saturated, but it was not serving the greater consumer community. Having been a communications consultant in the Lifestyle Industry for 9 years, Lepang’s aim is to penetrate the middle market through consumer goods, which is the biggest and fastest growing market, as well as the DIY market in Africa being very lucrative and growing quickly. There are currently no black women in this market, giving Lepang a competitive edge. Lepang believes that women are more willing to learn new ways of doing things in order to define their personal and business ambitions, therefore makes them a priority when doing business.
